“I do not need compensation for having offended me. I want to return the money spent on a ticket, and I need to know that the people who beat us are punished. If they were fired, I want an official response. The hotel should provide its guests with security, and the staff beat us, ”the young man resents. The victims also wrote a statement to the police of Verkhnyaya Pyshma and removed the beatings.

The beating of young people occurred at the Azura Deluxe Resort on the night of September 24th. There Nikita was relaxing with his girlfriend Elena, as well as with two married couples of friends.

Nikita says that in general there were no complaints to the hotel, except for the attitude of some employees. “For example, you go to the bar, the bartender, seeing that you are from Russia, will be rude, pour something else, instead of what you ordered, if you start to be indignant, he will throw a glass in your direction. To help him another hotel staff came running. As a result, a crowd of hotel workers attacked Nikita and his friend Nikolai, they began to beat young people. The girl of Nikita also tried to separate the fighters, as a result she was hit in the face, and numerous bruises and abrasions were left on her body. Another friend of Nikita - Eugene - also pulled apart the fighting, but did not receive serious injuries, escaping with bruises.

Later, unable to cope with the strong Ural guys, the hotel staff armed with wooden sticks and bottles. They tried to beat the Sverdlovsk residents with them and push them from the building into the street to the pool.

“On the street, my sobbing girl in blood ran out to me, I hugged her, began to calm her, and at that moment I was hit from behind with a wooden bat or a stick and several people simply beat me up,” says Nikita. “My friend Nikolai fell to the floor and couldn’t get up, because they started to really kick him.” On the street, stunning Nikita, the hotel workers threw him into the pool.

The beating took place in front of other hotel guests who were still awake at that moment. Fighting tried to separate the holidaymaker from Ukraine. “He didn’t get into a fight, but he tried to drag people who attacked us with sticks and bottles. But in the end, he also got it: he was beaten by the pool, ”says Nikita. As a result, Nikita received numerous bruises and bruises, his head was broken, and doctors in Turkey put four brackets on the wound.

After the incident, the victims turned to the reception, asked to call the police and the doctor, but the managers ignored them. As a result, Elena was able to call for help only from the reception of a nearby hotel.

The young man notes that on vacation they basically did not drink a large amount of alcohol. “We were with the girls, so we didn’t drink a lot. Could have a couple of glasses of wine at dinner. Yes, to be honest, everything was civil, in the whole hotel during the rest there was not a single person who was very drunk, ”the young man notes. He is surprised that even assuming that the tourists were drunk and inadequate, why did the staff beat them, and did not immediately call the police?

In an interview with RIA Novosti, one of the girls (Alena) said that on Sunday night three couples completed their holidays in Turkey and decided to spend a young man, also a Russian, whom they met on vacation.

After some time, the Russians had a conflict with the bartender, after which, according to the interlocutor, he began to behave aggressively, "jumping from behind the bar." An attempt to complain to the administration provoked an attack by the hotel staff: a representative of the hotel management grabbed one of the tourists by the neck. As a result, the Russians were forced out into the street.

“Our girl’s nose was broken. The guy hugged her, began to calm her. At this time, he was hit from behind with a wooden bat, broke his head. I began to attract attention. In the end, they (the hotel staff) saw the blood, saw that it was taking pictures, began to diverge. One of them, leaving, looked into my eyes and, smiling, said: “Welcome to Turkey”, ”said Alena.

According to her, three of the six injured, a girl and two men, "received more serious injuries." The rest have bruises received from hotel employees when they tried to take the phones from the Russians.

What else can I say good ... The food for lunch and dinner is very, very good and varied. Always a choice of meat dishes, fish day on Tuesdays, barbecue in the evenings. Did not like that very modest choice in the morning. By and large, there is nothing to take except scrambled eggs and syrniki.
  Yes, the hotel has a children's menu. This is an exaggeration; in the morning and in the afternoon it is not. In the evening, some instantly cooling nuggets and rings are placed in the children's room, that's all. You can go to the administrator and ask for a couple of cans of baby fruit food. Given that almost all dishes are sharp enough, feeding a two-year-old child at lunch becomes that quest.
  With places the situation is at 4-. Finding a place for 1-2 people is not a problem, but with two children, if you do not come to the opening, it is already becoming problematic.

  Snacks are very worthy and a lot of things, but again, in time they are made at the same time as lunch. Or or.

And now the introductory part is over and I will write about the huge number of disadvantages of this hotel, which really spoiled my vacation.
  The first and most important minus, from which almost all the others follow, is simply the microscopic territory of the hotel and the beach. It seems that the whole territory was allowed into a huge hall, there was nothing left for everything else. This would be logical if this hotel was in the center of the tourist city, and not positioned as a resort and spa.
  There is never a poolside. At 9 in the morning to find at least one is already an achievement. Get up at 7 in the morning like people in the next room and go to take places? Sorry, I paid and arrived at 5 stars, not 2-3.
Places by the sea - please, in the 6-7th row, if you are lucky again. Due to the microscopic area, the sunbeds are almost at sea. There is a pier, there are places, but with children on it is absolutely not an option.
  Children's pool - under the awning. We were on average at an air temperature of 35-36 degrees. And it was really cold in it, the youngest child did not like it there.
  Kids club. In the announcement of the hotel, again, a lot was announced, as a result, a minimum. The dark room, the daughter of 9 years old, was not at all interesting there, although usually she could not be pulled out of children's clubs by the ears. The site - as if an illiquid was brought there, just to be. A pair of gurneys and a climbing frame, which is scary to climb on. A pool with balls where the balls ended, a tennis table and foosball, that's all. Neither the daughter nor the son had a desire to go to the kids' club.
  In general, the hotel has a major problem with the animators. I repeat, I have something to compare with, even in hotels it was much simpler than the declared ones was the professional team of animators. Here there was a feeling that people were recruited by the residual principle. In the morning there seems to be a lot of them, but in real life it is not clear what this crowd of loafers is doing. Although no, I’m deceiving, they are constantly trying to sell lottery tickets. Annoying terribly, professionalism zero.

  Especially “pleased” when my daughter was allowed to play Bocha for two days in a row, and on the third they said that children should not be. The reason was commonplace - in the early days, do not accumulate enough adults, in the third child was unnecessary. The animator showed his highest professionalism.
  Evening animation is standard. But again, there is a huge minus due to the territory of the hotel, or rather its absence. If you want to at least see something on the stage, you have to come in advance, because there is no amphitheater and there weren’t; chairs are placed in rows on a meta where there are sunbeds by the pool in the morning. Already from the 6-7th row it is impossible to see something behind their heads, but at the same time you will be smoked from hookahs, which are right there almost on their heads.
Well, you get the point. In the morning at 7 in the morning to occupy sunbeds, in the evening run for dinner and then to the cartoons, so that after half an hour to see something on the show. Hotel 5 stars, bravo.

As a result, unfortunately, the number of minuses in this case significantly outweighed the pluses and, despite the fact that something was very good, I will not go to this hotel anymore and do not particularly recommend it to you.

Let's start with the territory. She is very small. We can say tiny sizes. But we must pay tribute to the hotel, they fit all the necessary infrastructure here. There is a large pool, a large stage. There is a children's pool and children's slides for toddlers. There are 2 low slides for adults and children. But there is no greenery at all. There are a lot of people at the hotel, but still there are no queues anywhere. But still, the hotel is noisy and a nook you will not find here. Animation is active but not intrusive. Nobody will force you to participate in events. But all day music. Every day discos, sometimes parties, and good evening shows. A variety of activities during the day. Sometimes even water shows. Children here are not bored. There is a children's room and children's animators who entertain and look after children. There is a good spa where they do high-quality but inexpensive massage. The beach is short but quite wide 5 rows of sunbeds, but sunbeds stand tight to each other. Sun beds are close to water, which is basically good if you are relaxing with a child. And there is a very large pier with a bar and deck chairs with umbrellas. In general, there are enough sunbeds. Simply, if you didn’t come in the morning, then rest in a row in the fifth or fourth place, in general, not the best places, but you will still find free ones. Sand in the sand on the beach sand. The hotel itself is very stylish and beautiful. The rooms are in good condition. The staff is responsive and copes with their duties. I especially note the Russian-speaking girl at the reception which helps to solve literally all issues. Housekeeping is good. At bars and restaurants, they also do everything quickly and without extorting a tip. Everyone is very friendly. They try to populate immediately upon arrival, which means thoughtful management at the hotel. In general, the main thing for us was to keep within the budget and get a hotel of a decent standard.
